This is how we ensure that each of our delivered works is truly appealing and that we create products that will be enjoyed for a long time to come. The consultation works as follows: Once we have finished drawing, we will send you a draft via WhatsApp or email. You can then give us feedback, which we will implement free of charge until you are 100% satisfied. Only then will your picture go into production.

We usually need 1-2 business days to draw your design. This is followed by consultation on your design, which can take another 2-3 business days depending on the number and complexity of your change requests. Production, framing (if applicable), and shipping then take place on the next business day. Shipping within Germany usually takes another 1-2 business days. Overall, you can expect a total processing time of 4-7 business days. However, for urgent orders, we also offer express processing with express shipping. In this case, please contact us in advance on SMS so that we can note the maximum priority.
