We believe that genuine emotions can only be conveyed from person to person. That's why we draw every picture for you by hand. When coordinating the designs, you will also be in personal contact with a member of our team who understands your needs. We make every adjustment to your design with great attention to detail until you are 100% satisfied.

Personal fine-tuning is particularly important at Miroar. This is how we ensure that each of our delivered works is truly appealing and that we create products that will be enjoyed for a long time to come. The consultation works as follows: Once we have finished drawing, we will send you a draft via SMS or email. You can then give us your feedback, which we will implement free of charge until you are 100% satisfied. Only then will your picture go into production.

Yes, if you order your picture with a high-quality real wood frame from us, we will deliver the drawing to you professionally framed.
⏰ How long does delivery take?
We usually need 1-2 working days to draw your design. This is followed by consultation on your design, which can take another 2-3 working days depending on the number and complexity of your change requests. Production, framing (if required) and shipping then take place on the next working day. Shipping usually takes another 4-7 working days. Overall, you can expect a total processing time of 8-12 working days. However, for urgent orders, we also offer express processing with express shipping so that delivery is possible much faster. In this case, please contact us in advance on SMS so that we can note the maximum priority.
